Old rusted well casing ... They also cut very large limbs from a giant pine tree to make room for their very state of the art crane truck.. so they could begin the rust extraction!

I contacted Nolen from Precision Pump and Well when my well water stopped flowing. Nolen came right out Monday morning and although he did not fix the issue (it was an electrical issue buried deep in the wall) he did find the problem quickly and was able to recommend an electrician who did fix the problem. Nolan is the real deal. Woke up to my pump pressure at 0 PSI, gave Nolan a call and he was able to help me troubleshoot my issue through the phone. Nolan gave me tips to keep my pump system running and recommended me parts just in case things go south again. Saved me hundreds of dollars and helped me get my system up and going fast. I know where I am going now for our water pump needs

I had previously called another local well and pump service company for a water hammering issue and after being charged $225 was told that my system worked fine And that I should contact a plumber. I paid a plumber $400 and was told to contact a well service company. Finally I called Precision Pump who came out to meet me the same day. Nolan and David spent about 20 minutes diagnosing the problem and made an appointment to correct my issue. They came out only a couple of days later and took care of everything. They were prompt, knowledgeable, easy to work with and fully resolved my issue! Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with every aspect of my experience with Precision Pump and Well Service. They were very prompt in their response to my initial call. They provided a very thorough service regarding my pump and tank replacement. They were also able to complete all of their work and had my water system up and running in less than 24 hours after my initial call. I am very grateful for all of the hard work they did.

Nolan and David did a great job in the installation of a Well motor and pump in a new Well we had drilled recently on our property. Both men were professional, expedient, and courteous throughout the job.
Nolan was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He always responded the same day when I had questions and was very patient when I asked the same questions again because I do not know much about Well pumps. He took a lot of time to explain what our options were. They were able to accommodate our schedule so we did not have to wait long to get the job done. They were efficient and the price was fair for what they accomplished. Nolan checked on us a few days later to make sure everything was working as expected. They were very professional and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them in the tricities and Prosser Washington area.
Update; About 6 months after our well pump was installed, I woke up to no water one morning(our house had a plumbing leak issue in the crawl space that I was not aware of). Of course my husband was out of town and not able to help over the phone.
I thought it might be related to our Well, so I called and Nolan helped me trouble shoot for a couple hours. He didn't have to do that but he took the time to help me figure it out using FaceTime and me sending him pictures of gauges etc. I am forever grateful. These guys are not only professional, they are good people.

Great company to work with. I really do appreciate the work they did for me. I had an emergency over the weekend where my well pump wasn't working and needed to have the water back on for my tenants. Came and replaced the old pump and system. They didn't have to come out but they chose to take time out of their Sunday morning to come fix it. From the beginning they started working they took pride in doing things right. They put all 20 ft pipes on saw horses so they wouldn't get contaminated/dirty. The old company that installed the old pump would just drop them on the ground and not clean them afterwards. Precious Pump also did a beautiful job on wiring it all up. They are wonderful people to talk to and do business with. They are pricey BUT they do quality work. I'll take quality over quantity any day of the week.

Had these guys out when I was having a well problem. Rearranged there schedule and came right out. Pinpointed the problem so I could get it fixed. Recommend them for all your well issues!

We needed our pressure tank replaced and I called around and no one wanted to come out for a small job. Precision Pump and Well was happy to do it. I texted some pictures of the old tank and I received an estimate the next day. They replaced it in a timely manner. And even put in a new switch, which they noticed was a little fried. We will definitely use this company again for our private well needs.
